Operating regulations for fengmao power diesel generator set

發電機組必須由指定人員操作，操作前須認真閱讀隨機操作手冊及規定：

The generator set must be operated by the designated personnel. Read the random operation manual and regulations carefully before operation:

啟動之前

Before starting

1、檢查柴油機各部分是否正常（機組各相應機件）。

Check whether all parts of the diesel engine are normal (corresponding parts of the unit).

2、檢查水箱水位是否滿足（液面應盡可能接近加水口面處）。

Check the water level of the water tank (the liquid level should be as close as possible to the water inlet surface).

3、檢查機油油位（確保機油液面在油尺刻度最大值和最小值之間）。

Check the oil level of the machine (make sure the oil level of the machine is between the maximum and minimum of the scale)

4、檢查燃油是否充足，有無滲漏，打開油箱開關。

Check if the fuel is adequate and leaking. Turn on the fuel tank switch.

5、檢查蓄電池，合上蓄電池到機組鏈接之間的開關。

Check the battery and close the switch between the battery and the unit link.

6、檢查空氣開關PFF斷開狀態。

Check air switch PFF break status.

啟動及運行

Start and run

1、打開電鎖，啟動柴油機，機組啟動成功后松開啟動鑰匙。防止柴油機損壞，連接啟動發電機時間不能超過10秒，若10面不能啟動，須等3-5分鐘方能進行下次啟動。

Open the electric lock and start the diesel engine. Release the starting key after the unit is started successfully. To prevent diesel engine damage, the time of connecting and starting the generator must not exceed 10 seconds. If 10 surfaces cannot start, it must wait 3-5 minutes for the next start.

2、機組啟動后，檢查柴油機各種儀表讀數是否正常。通過電位器或調節油門拉桿，使電壓為400V，頻率指示為50HZ。

The unit starts, check all kinds of diesel engine if the meter reading is normal. Through the potentiometer or adjust the throttle lever, the voltage is 400 v, 50 hz frequency instructions.

3、機組正常運行，并確定無任何故障后開啟空氣開關到ON位，正常供電。

The unit is in normal operation, and it is determined that there is no fault after opening the air switch to the ON position, normal power supply.

4、機組帶負載運行中，注意觀察柴油機儀表上的讀數，儀表指針必須正常，否則予以調整。

In the operation of the unit with load, pay attention to the reading on the diesel engine meter, the meter pointer must be normal, otherwise it will be adjusted.

5、水溫：70°--90°  電壓表：380-400V   油壓表：300-500Kpa   頻率表：50-52HZ

Water temperature: 70 °, 90 ° voltmeter: 70-400 - v oil pressure gauge: 300-500 kpa frequency table: 50 to 52 hz

6、發電機組運行過程中，不得斷開蓄電池與機組之間的連線。

During the operation of the generating set, the connection between the battery and the unit shall not be cut off.

機組停機

Machine stop

1、斷開負荷要緩慢，以保證發動機使用壽命，停機前應斷開負載開關，將機組運轉1-3分鐘才能停機。

Disconnect the load slowly to ensure the service life of the engine. Before stopping, disconnect the load switch and run the unit for 1-3 minutes before stopping.

2、停機檢查發動機機油、水有無泄漏，并關閉燃油閥。

Stop to check engine oil and water for leakage and close fuel valve.

3、當機組發生緊急狀況時，允許按下緊急按鈕，切斷供油，使機組迅速停機。

When the unit is in an emergency, it is allowed to press the emergency button to cut off the oil supply and shut down the unit quickly.

1、發電機組正常運行供電時，隨時觀察發電機運行情況，記錄參數數據。

When the generator unit is running normally, the operation condition of the generator is observed at any time and parameter data are recorded.

2、若無正常發電，每月試車例行運行一次，每次運行時間10-20分鐘左右，例行運行時，啟動后檢查運行狀況，記錄參數數據。
